Acceptance Guarantee & Refund

This document outlines the Terms of Service (“Terms”) related to our Translation Acceptance Guarantee (“Guarantee”) offered by Certified Translation Services (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our services, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms.

1. Guarantee

We guarantee that the translation services provided by us meet the requirements set by Singapore’s ICA, MOM, LTA, ACRA and other authorities in Singapore. In the unlikely event that any one of them rejects your translation due to a fault in our service, we pledge to refund 100% of your order value, provided the conditions outlined in these Terms are met.

2. Eligibility for Guarantee

To qualify for this Guarantee, you must provide us with substantial proof that your translation was rejected by the requester/authorities due to a fault in our service. Acceptable proof includes an official rejection notice from them that clearly states the reason for rejection is related to translation issues. The claim must be submitted within 14 days of the translation being delivered by us.

3. Claim Submission

To submit a claim under this Guarantee, please send us an email at contact@certified-translation.co with the subject line “Translation Rejection Claim”. Include in your email your full name, order number, a copy of the rejection notice, and a detailed explanation of the issue. We reserve the right to validate your claim and request additional information or documentation as necessary.

4. Refund Process

If your claim is verified and approved by us, we will refund 100% of your order value. The refund will be processed using the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon, within 14 business days of claim approval.

5. Limitation

The Guarantee covers only the cost of the translation service ordered from a Certified Translation Service. We are not liable for any other costs or other indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

6. Amendment of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after any such changes will constitute your consent to such changes.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. By availing of our translation services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
